Seth Eliot Wilson is a Founder and Managing Partner of Headhaul Capital Partners LLC. Prior to founding Headhaul Capital, Mr. Wilson was a Partner and Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners LLC where he worked for 20 years since its founding in 1994. Mr. Wilson headed the Transportation & Logistics investing practice for Jefferies Capital Partners and was a member of the Investment Committee. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Wilson was employed in the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz LLC. Mr. Wilson has previously served on the boards of directors of Arnold Transportation Services, Inc., Aurora Trailer Holdings LLC, Epic Gas Ltd. (including as Chairman of the Board), K-Sea Transportation LLC, IDB Carriers (BVI) Ltd. (the predecessor to Pacific Basin Shipping Ltd.), New Century Transportation, Inc. and R&R Trucking Holdings, LLC. Mr. Wilson also serves on the board of NYC Outward Bound, a charitable organization that operates a network of public schools in partnership with the New York City Department of Education. Mr. Wilson received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jason Grant is a Founder and Managing Partner of Headhaul Capital Partners LLC. Prior to founding Headhaul Capital, from 2010 to 2012, Mr. Grant was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of United Maritime Group LLC, a Jefferies Capital Partners LLC portfolio company. While running United Maritime Group, Mr. Grant led an operational transformation that significantly grew earnings and margins and executed the successful sale of UMG’s three operating divisions (inland barge, ocean shipping and dry bulk terminals) to three separate strategic buyers. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Grant was employed by Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings (NASDAQ: AAWW) where he held various financial and operating positions including being the Chief Financial Officer (2007 to 2010). Prior to joining Atlas Air, Mr. Grant was employed by American Airlines (2000-2001) and Canadian Airlines International (1997-1999) with a primary focus on Financial Planning and Analysis. Mr. Grant has previously served on the board of directors of Helm Financial Corp, one of the largest private lessors of railcars and locomotives in the United States. Mr. Grant received a B.A. in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an M.B.A from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.

Mindy Luxenberg-Grant is a Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Headhaul Capital Partners LLC. Prior to founding Headhaul Capital, Ms. Luxenberg-Grant was the Chief Financial Officer of Jefferies Capital Partners LLC from 1997 to 2009. Ms. Luxenberg-Grant was a Manager with Coopers & Lybrand where she specialized in business assurances and tax services as part of its Entrepreneurial Advisory Services group, and serviced exclusively venture capital and private investment fund clients. Ms. Luxenberg-Grant also spent two years as the Chief Financial Officer of a venture capital fund which invested in small and medium-sized companies based primarily in the Ukraine. Ms. Luxenberg-Grant received a B.S. cum laude from the School of Management of Syracuse University.

Farrukh has been an Operating Partner at Headhaul Capital since 2016. He has over 25 years of industry, consulting and investment experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including the railroad, trucking, small parcel, last-mile, shipping, freight forwarding and air cargo sectors and to both public and private sector clients.

He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of CSX Corporation, one of the country’s largest Class 1 railroads. Prior to joining CSX, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Lynwood Partners, a leading transportation and logistics strategic advisory firm. Prior to founding Lynwood, Farrukh was a Partner at The Clarendon Group and at Oliver Wyman Consulting and a Principal in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Transportation Practice where he led their North American Maritime Practice. Prior to Booz Allen, Farrukh was a Principal in A.T. Kearney’s Transportation Strategy Practice, where he led engagements across the spectrum of the transportation and logistics space for corporate and private equity clients. Early in his career, Farrukh worked in various sales and marketing positions with The Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad and as a financial analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Farrukh received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA in Management, Marketing and Transportation from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
